That special day:

Enthusiasm often arises in the most awkward moments such as optimist boost that changes the way we perceive misfortunate happenings. This was the case for the first edition of Our Big Day Out when the day planned for park actitivites and outdoor playing was suddenly interrupted by a huge storm. But no force of nature can stand in the face of spontaneity so everybody agreed that The Natural History Museum "Grigore Antipa" and the Globus Circus were the perfect locations for the day to go on. The children were astonished by the species exposed at the museum and after about an hour of visiting the many rooms full of  incredible creatures they headed to lunch. As for the circus both kids and adults were amazed by the stunts performed by the circus troupes, the clown's antics and the majestic animals on display.
