That special day:

A perfect 1st of June welcomed everybody to the Kids Island (the summer version of the Kids Baloon) situated right on Herastrau
Lake. This was the happiest coincidence having Our Big Day Out right on the international day for children. Fun and playing everywhere, laughter, painting and even kick-boxing for the brave. Remember Mihai from the Christmas 2005 edition? Well, this time he and his sister came along, and the their little brother was there too. The difference this time, was that the girl was eventually told about the little one's identity and that Mihai played with him all day long at the Christmas OBDO. Imagine the shock and the emotional weight of such an unfolding, which many might consider more than the perfect present for children's day or any other day for that matter. Rain starting pouring everywhere towards afternoon but no one seemed to care. While sheltering under the tents pizza and delicious desserts were served and the day came to a close.
